Gene Bond artist, illustrator, and visual storyteller based in Taoyuan, Taiwan. With a practice rooted in life drawing and deep visual analysis, Bond has created location-based sketchbooks in over 30 cities across Europe and Asia. His work captures the poetic rhythms of urban life through expressive ink and watercolor, bridging the disciplines of classical art, comic storytelling, and architectural drawing.

Bond has exhibited internationally since 2010 in museums, galleries, and art festivals across Taiwan, China, Russia, Turkey, and more. He has completed artist residencies such as the Swatch Art Peace Hotel (Shanghai) and collaborates with institutions including the Taiwan Ministry of Culture, Fubon Art Museum, and Shanghai Urban Planning Museum. His art has been featured by Deutsche Welle, China Airlines, and in international publications such as The World of Urban Sketching (Quarto, 2022).
